Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 26/12/2025)
- Maximum Age: 28 Years
- Age Relaxation : SC/ST: 05 Years
- OBC (NCL): 03 Years
- PwBD (Unreserved): 10 Years
Educational Qualification
Technical Assistant
- B.Sc. or equivalent with minimum 60% marks in relevant subjects (Life Sciences, Chemistry, etc.) AND one-year full-time professional qualification/experience.
- OR Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) of at least 3 years full-time duration with 60% marks and experience.
- (Please refer to the official notification for post-code specific subject requirements like Civil, Library Science, and Mass Media).
Technician-1
- SSC/10th Standard with Science subjects (min 55% marks) PLUS ITI Certificate in the relevant trade.
- OR SSC/10th (55%) with 2 years full-time apprentice training.
- OR SSC/10th (55%) with 3 years of work experience in the relevant trade.
- Relevant Trades include: Chemical Plant, Refrigeration & AC, Electrician, Electronics, Fitter, Plumber, Carpenter, Medical Lab Technician, Computer Operator, etc. .
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in two stages:
- Trade Test: Candidates recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited for a Trade Test.
- Written Examination: Those who qualify in the Trade Test will appear for a competitive Written Examination (OMR or Computer Based). The final merit list is based on the written exam performance.
